Mult site operator Burning Night Group, has won licensing consent to open it fourth Bierkeller site at a 1,000 capacity venue at Cardiff’s National Stadium.
The company offers three core brands: Around the World in 80 beers, Bierkeller and Shooters Sports Bar plus a single site ski bar concept. Turnover per site ranges from £75,000 per week off-season to £200,000 per week per site during peak season.The company plans to open five more sites within the next three years.
