Ego Restaurants is to open up to six new Ego in a Pub outlets - a £350k investment per site - in the North and the Midlands over the next three years.
The move is part of expansion plans by parent company, 3Sixty Restaurants to expand the Ego in a Pub concept due to 'the casual-dining sector getting congested'.
The company operates 10 Ego branches - two of which are within pubs, The Beverley Arms in Ackworth and The Hollybush in Stockton Brook. The firm's other brand, Rocket has five sites.
