Mediterranean restaurant chain Ego, owned by 3Sixty Restaurants, has acquired a new site in Stockton Brook near Stoke-on-Trent.
The 120-cover site called The Holly Bush will feature a bar and restaurant with an outside seating area. It will be the first Ego site to open in a pub.
Chief Executive James Horler said, “This acquisition is very exciting for our company as we believe the food offering within Ego is ahead of our competitors and putting it into a pub environment will allow us the opportunity to deliver a great food led brand with local community appeal, which combined, will deliver a successful business proposition.”
The new opening will take 3Sixty Restaurants portfolio to a total of 14, which includes nine Ego restaurants and five Rocket restaurants.
