Mediterranean casual dining chain, Ego Restaurants, has merged with Rocket Restaurants, the pizza and salad restaurant operator.
The two groups will now come under a new umbrella company named 3Sixty Restaurants Ltd. Ego currently has 8 sites across the North of England and Rocket operates three sites in London (pictured).
