Further to his purchase of the Feng Sushi group, entrepeuneur Luke Johnson has acquired a majority stake in Ego Restaurants, the 10-strong Mediterranean casual dining concept run by James Horler, for an undisclosed sum. Ego Restaurants will continue to be run by Horler, who previously built the La Tasca chain to 74 units prior to its sale in 2007.
