Aparthotel hotel brand Roomzzz has confirmed it is to open in two new locations next year in Liverpool and Chester
Launched in the UK six years ago, the company now has five aparthotels – three in Leeds and one in Manchester and Newcastle – which combine hotel services, including 24-hour concierge, with the facilities of an apartment.
Since Roomzzz latest opening, the £6m, 44-apartment in Newcastle, the brand has achieved 87% occupancy across all five sites and a 16% increase in turnover, year-on-year, during 2012.
