Roomzzz Aparthotel Nottingham City will be opening in early 2015 with 106 individual apartments, including penthouse suites with a roof garden and balcony.
A £3m refurbishment will see the building converted from the existing Welbeck Hotel to the Roomzzz Aparthotel Nottingham City. The aparthotel rooms will include a kitchens and living areas. There will be free wi-fi throughout.
Roomzzz are also planning to open aparthotels in Liverpool, Chester and London Stratford in 2015.
