It is understood that managed pub and restaurant operator Orchid Pub Group, could be sold after owners Deutsche Bank appointed advisors to explore options for the 242-strong group.
According to sources, Sapient Corporate Finance has been appointed to advice the group, which is led by Rufus Hall, as they continue to look new investments to take the company to the next stage of its development. A number of private equity firms have already shown interest in the group.
