Restaurant Associates to launch pop-up restaurant in Tower 42

Restaurant Associates is to launch AD12 atT42, a 12-week pop-up restaurant from acclaimed Michelin starred chef Anthony Demetre (pictured).

Located in the high rise building Tower 42, the pop-up will open on 1st October and offer an accessible modern bistro menu reflecting Demetre's signature style at his London restaurants: Arbutus, Wild Honey and Les Deux Salons.

Following the end of a successful partnership between Gary Rhodes that has spanned 10 years, the launch of AD12 atT42 marks the beginning of a new era for Restaurant Associates.

The project leads the way for further collaborations with some of the UKs most talented and exciting chefs. International restaurateur and chef Jason Atherton, who is behind some of London's most high profile restaurants, is finalising plans to open a new restaurant in Tower 42 in spring 2014.

Andy Harris, Managing Director of Restaurant Associates commented, 'We are delighted to announce the opening of AD12 atT42 with Anthony Demetre and incredibly excited about this new phase for Restaurant Associates at Tower 42. Our relationships with renowned chefs like Anthony are based on a shared philosophy of bringing the world's best to every one of our customers.

He added, 'A combination of a fantastic culinary experience and spectacular views of the iconic London skyline at AD12 atT42 are set to delight diners this autumn, marking an exciting time not just for us, but for London's thriving culinary scene.'
