Family-owned and run, Choice Hotels Europe has announced it has four new UK sites to add to its current portfolio of five hotels.
The first two new properties are: The Quality Hotel Wolverhampton, formerly the Connaught hotel, and the Quality Hotel Birmingham Airport/NEC, which is re-opening under the new ownership and management of Hospitality First.
The third and fourth sites are branded Clarion and they are: Clarion Collection Makeney Hall Hotel in Belper, Derbyshire, and the Clarion Collection Hotel Winchester Royal. Both properties are part of the strategic agreement signed with Akkeron Hotels Group earlier this year, which has so far resulted in seven Akkeron hotels in joining Choice Hotels under franchise agreements.
Choice Hotels Europe franchises nearly 500 hotels across Europe. The Clarion brand operates in the four-to-five star market, Quality is a three-star offering, while Comfort is a budget brand.
