Handmade Burger Company opens 20th outlet in Manchester

The Handmade Burger Company has just opened its 20th outlet inside The Courthouse development on Deansgate in Manchester.

The menu offers 40 different varieties of beef, chicken and veggie burgers all made by hand on site each day.

The 80-cover restaurant will be open from 11.30am to 11pm at night all week from Friday onwards.

The restaurant chain is owned by three brothers who first set up shop in Birmingham in 2006.

Co-owner Richard Sargent said, 'This is now our 20th restaurant and we’ve been around for a long time now in foodie terms.

'The burger boom has exploded all over the country since we started, and we’ve benefitted from that.

'We now have 45,000 customer through the door every week so people seem to like what we do and we hope people in Manchester do too.'
