Cote looks to expand following BC Partners acquisition

Restaurant chain, Côte has revealed plans to add further value to its business, potentially through acquisitions or a separate start-up, as it continues to expand across the UK.

The 68-strong French bistro chain was bought mid-July by BC Partners for around £250m, and employs 2,700 staff.

Côte was founded by a group of experienced restaurateurs, who opened the first restaurant in Wimbledon in 2007.

The brand serves up simple, freshly prepared classic French bistro-style food such as steak frites, steak tartar, moules marinieres at value for money prices.
