French brasserie operator, Cote is set to open in Lincoln on 10 February and will become the first site with a bar for the chain.
Cote has invested around £1m in transforming the site, and has taken around four months to complete it.
The restaurant is set over two floors and has a large garden terrace at the rear with heaters, allowing guests to enjoy comfortable, al fresco dining all year round.
The new Cote Brasserie will replace craft beer bar, Craft in Upper High Street, which closed its doors last October.
The restaurant is creating 35 jobs and all the staff from Craft were invited to apply for roles.
