Novus sells three Tiger Tiger sites to Deltic

Novus Leisure has sold three Tiger Tiger sites in Newcastle, Manchester and Portsmouth to the Deltic Group, leaving two Tiger Tiger sites in London and Cardiff in the estate.

Deltic plans to rebrand the three sites next year to a new concept currently under development. These are the first sites for Deltic in Manchester (pictured) and Newcastle.

The move follows Novus sale of 15 sites to Stonegate back in July.

Novus boss Toby Smith said it marked another stage of its 'planned full divestment of our late night estate'. He added, “We are delighted to have agreed terms with the Deltic team who will be terrific owners for these iconic sites.”

Deltic chief executive Peter Marks said, “Our intention is to trade seamlessly through until the summer next year, whereby each of these sites will be rebranded to a new concept that is currently under development.

“It will reinvigorate and modernise the very essence of the original Tiger Tiger vision, a multi-roomed, cross-occasion, food, drink and dancing all-day venue.”
