Fortnum & Mason set to open City food hall, restaurant & bar

Fortnum & Mason will be launching a food hall, restaurant and bar on 11 November at one of London’s most iconic destinations, The Royal Exchange in the City, replacing D&D London's Grand Cafe.

There will be an exceptional range of the brand's most popular teas, preserves, and hampers, alongside the finest food and drink from its famed Food Halls.

There will also be a 90-seat restaurant and bar. The menu, which will run from breakfast through to dinner, allows metropolitan traditions to meet with modern London.

A luxurious offering of caviar, shellfish, and hand-carved smoked salmon will be served in addition to light, raw, and vegan options. While Fortnum’s most renowned dishes, including Welsh Rarebit and the Knickerbocker Glory will also be on the menu. Produce, fresh from the Food Halls, such as the exclusive Glenarm beef, will also be served.

Food will be served alongside an extensive and expertly curated wine and Champagne list, in addition to cocktails, floats, and digestives.
