Union Hanover Securities to open first Urban Villa extended-stay hotel concept

Hotel developer and operator, Union Hanover Securities is to open the first Urban Villa extended-stay hotel concept in Brentford this November.

The property development firm has acquired these 100 serviced apartments on a 999-year lease from Barratt London.

The serviced apartments are in a 25-storey tower set within a mixed-use scheme which includes 800 homes, retail outlets, restaurants, offices and a Novotel hotel.

This news follows Union Hanover's announcement introducing a new team and also reporting substantial equity injection to grow its £350m hospitality portfolio to £1bn within five years, with the focus being on the Urban Villa and Hoax hostel brands.
