Union Hanover has submitted plans to develop £35m extended-stay Urban Villa hotel in central Edinburgh.
If the plans are approved, the hotel will be situated next to the Union Canal Basin on Freer Street.
Proposals include 180 bedrooms comprising of a range of studios and bedrooms and four luxury rooftop penthouses.
