Development firm, Union Hanover Securities has opened its first extended-stay hotel, Urban Villa Brentford, in west London. It has 100 apartments designed in the style of a Manhattan loft property.
Urban Villa Brentford features a combined reception and lobby bar. The apartments are fully equipped and include a kitchen and living room with spa treatments also available in-room.
Union Hanover has also submitted plans for a new Urban Villa in Edinburgh. This will be a 180 apartment hotel overlooking the Union Canal Basin in Freer Street in Edinburgh. The group also has plans to open two more London properties in Eastgate and Stratford
