New warehouse for Liverpool International Business Park


Peel Investments and UK Land & Property have submitted plans to build a 500,225sq ft built-to-suit warehouse on a 26 acre site at Liverpool International Business Park. Peel has owned the site since 2010.

An occupier for the site is currently unidentified but once built the new site will provide up to 200 jobs. Liverpool International Business Park provides a total of 157 acres of office space and is located adjacent to Liverpool John Lennon Airport and the Port of Liverpool.

The joint venture intends to build a 15.3m high distribution warehouse with ancillary offices and associated gatehouse, lorry wash, refuelling facilities, sub-station, sprinkler tank, pump house, cycle/motor cycle storage, car and lorry parking, access services yards, enclosure and landscaping.

Joint agents Cushman & Wakefield are marketing the site through a freehold price at £275,000 an acre.
