Set to provide King's Lynn's Burnham Market with a whole new dining experience, Socius restaurant will be officially opening in one of the retail barns at Foundry Place early next month.
Socius will offer a British take on tapas, and diners will be able to watch the chefs at work in the open plan restaurant.
Small plates include Sticky king prawns, Branchester mussels, and Cure salmon, and there are larger main dishes, such as Lemon sole with celeriac, sea herbs & vadouvan.
For sweet treats there will be Vanilla doughnuts with rhubarb & custard, and Lemon curd, Italian meringue & basil.
Open Wednesday-to-Sunday for lunch and dinner, Socius-style brunch and ‘Social Sunday’ will both feature at weekends.
Dogs will be welcome during the daytime, as are guests just wanting a coffee and cake.
