London Hilton on Park Lane appoints Julian Catzeflis

Julian Catzelis has been appointed as the new director of food and drink at the London Hilton on Park Lane. He joins the team from Harrods, bringing a wealth of experience to his new role.

The London Hilton on Park Lane has recently announced the opening of its luxury steakhouse, Mr Porter, and is preparing to launch Shanghai Me, Dubai's renowned Asian fine dining concept, on the 28th floor, which is set to become the highest restaurant in Mayfair.

In addition to Mr Porter and the upcoming Shanghai Me, the London Hilton on Park Lane has also introduced Park Corner Brasserie and Revery Bar. Park Corner Brasserie, led by head chef Jean-Didier Gouges, offers all-day British dining, with menus inspired by the nearby Hyde Park. The restaurant's highlights include a signature Sunday roast.

Revery Bar has quickly established itself as one of London's newest hotspots, providing a vibrant atmosphere for guests. It serves breakfast and features an all-day grazing menu, allowing for a relaxed dining experience. One of its standout offerings is the unique 'Tea, Cakes & Cocktails' experience.

'I am thrilled to join such a legendary hotel at one of the most exciting points in its history,' he says. 'London Hilton on Park Lane is about to become the city's most exciting food destination, and I am very much looking forward to working with the team as this new era unfolds.'
